UNIT DESCRIPTION
This elegantly appointed ground floor ocean view unit has one of the best locations at the Palms at Wailea. It is situated in the inner courtyard, near a water feature and close enough to the pool for convenience, but so close to be bothered by noise. Our unit has been recently remodeled and tastefully decorated in Hawaiian decor. This one bedroom, two bathroom unit can sleep up to 4 people. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room AC in the master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout.
