With over 1,100 sq/ft of living space, you'll find yourself comfortably at home in this spacious, open condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and utensils, with breakfast bar seating, a 6-person dining set AND 6-person patio furniture set, giving you many dining options and plentiful seating.
The master bedroom loft features privacy shutters to block out light and noise from the living room below. A private, en suite bathroom features an oversized stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a small, secondary shaded balcony reading-nook. Downstairs, the guest bedroom features an additional queen bed, and full en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have independent A/C units.
The living room features an HDTV, DVD, stereo and CD player, and a pull-out sofa sleeper. An independent split A/C unit that keeps guests cool even in the hot summer months. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and several beach towels provided.
