UNIT DESCRIPTION
Tile flooring throughout gives this condo a fantastic clean feel. The fully-stocked kitchen has been completely remodeled, with granite counters, new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The living room, newly furnished, has a brand A/C unit, new HD Smart TV, and a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper for up to 10 guests. Plenty of windows and sliding doors give this condo an open, airy feel. At night, turn off the A/C units and utilize the ocean breezes to cool the space wonderfully.
A wrap-around lanai extends to the King guest bedroom, with large double-doors to the living room, and it's own Smart TV, and A/C. The Master Bedroom (new King bed), has it's own private lanai, and A/C unit, with en suite bathroom, and Smart TV. The last guest bedroom features a brand new A/C, HD Smart TV and DVD player, en suite bathroom, private lanai, and is equipped with two comfortable queen beds.
