UNIT DESCRIPTION
This family-friendly condo is comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location on the property - with new ceiling fans, plantation shutters, HD TV's, and updated A/C system. In addition to the living room A/C there is a powerful exhaust fan in the loft that removes hot air and circulates the cool air.
There is a king bed in the loft, two twin beds in the main floor bedroom, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. There are HD TV's in the living room and both bedrooms.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a large beach umbrella are provided for guest's use.
The fully stocked kitchen has stone counter tops, and all of the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare and serve meals. You'll find everything you need in our kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
