UNIT DESCRIPTION
This is a newly remodeled throughout with all new furnishings, paint, carpet, tile and a gourmet kitchen. It offers ocean and golf views,a separate air conditioner and fan in the living area and bedrooms to account for differences in preferred temperature. A Sonos entertainment system allows the same separation by room for playing music, watching TV/DVDs, including Netflix.In the living room the TV drops from a ceiling enclosure and will swivel to allow watching from the kitchen, living room or lanai.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, and many small appliances from blender to rice maker to juicer to Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, flatware, glassware, dishes, all included for the gourmet in you.

The guest bedroom also has TV, A/C, ceiling fan, 2 Twin beds which can be converted to a king bed upon request, another lanai and bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The main lanai is comfortably furnished with a table and many chairs, and an electric BBQ. Watch the golfers, read a book, gaze at the ocean or have your meals here.
